On Friday July 16th, 2021 we spent a day of fishing and fellowship with the men from Timothy Initiative (TI). The Timothy Initiative (TI) exists for broken men who are turning their lives around with the help of a supportive Community, Discipleship in Christ, Recovery and Work Therapy. This event provided an opportunity for local Christian business and family men to bless the TI men with a fun day of fishing while at the same time sharing some encouragement with each other along with an opportunity to cultivate some new friendships. Today we had the opportunity to help with a cosmetic makeover for a shelter that provides housing to homeless moms and kids. This will improve the quality of life for the current families living there along with those who will live here in the future.
